Delete your account

How to delete your CarFree app account?
In accordance with applicable regulations and our Terms of Service, you have the right to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This process is carried out by the service operator upon receiving your request.

Step-by-step account deletion instructions:

1. Send an email to: admin@carfree.pl

2. Send the message from the email address registered to your CarFree app account. (This helps us verify that you are the actual account owner requesting the deletion).

3. In the subject line, type: “Account deletion request”.

4. In the body of the message, provide your first and last name and clearly state your wish to delete your account.

Once we receive your message, our team will process the request and permanently delete your account. You will be notified via a reply email when the process is complete.

What does account deletion mean?

• Irreversible loss of access: You will lose the ability to log in to the app, as well as access to your booking history and saved preferences.

• Data retention: Some of your data (e.g., transaction data, payment history) will still be retained by us for a specified period, strictly to the extent required by law (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes, or to defend against and pursue potential legal claims).

Important marketing information
Please note that deleting your app account does not automatically withdraw your consent to receive our newsletter or other commercial communications (if you have previously granted such consent).
If you wish to opt out of marketing communications, please include this request in your email to admin@carfree.pl, or simply use the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any marketing message you receive from us.
