  1. The Car Rental Contract is concluded based on the offer submitted by the Customer via the online form available on the website www.carfree.pl and the Renter's declaration of acceptance of the Customer's offer submitted in this way.
  2. After the customer submits the offer in the aforementioned way, the Renter shall send the customer a statement of acceptance or non-acceptance of the offer within 4 hours of receiving the offer from the customer to the e-mail address indicated by the customer, however, on condition that the customer pays the rental fee indicated via the Renter's website by credit card through the przelewy24.pl transaction platform.
  3. If the payment towards the rent is made in a manner other than that specified above, filling in the online form by the Customer shall be deemed as the submission of a preliminary offer, and the payment of the rent to the Renter's bank account indicated on their website shall be deemed as the final submission of the offer. In such a case the Renter shall send the Customer a statement of acceptance or non-acceptance of the offer to the email address or fax number provided by the Customer immediately after receiving confirmation of receipt of the indicated funds in the bank account.
  4. In the event that the Renter is unable to deliver a vehicle in the class chosen by the Customer within the period indicated in the online form, the Renter shall provide the Customer with a vehicle of a higher class, using the same rental rate in force for the vehicle for which the order was placed by the Customer. The Renter has the right to withdraw from the contract in case when they do not agree to change the vehicle to a higher class vehicle within 7 days from receiving information about the impossibility of renting the vehicle ordered. If it is not possible to provide the Rentee with a vehicle of a higher class, the Renter, within the day of delivery of the vehicle to the Rentee, is entitled to withdraw from the contract against payment of an amount equal to the Booking Fee. In such a case the Renter shall return the Rentee the entire Booking Fee or the rental fee paid when placing the order.
  5. Acceptance of the offer by the Renter depends on:
    1. the Customer's acceptance of the Renter's vehicle rental terms and conditions by filling in the online form available on the Renter's website with all the data required by the Renter and the display of a message confirming the completion of the reservation acceptance,
    2. meeting the conditions provided for in points 5 and 48 of the Terms and Conditions.
    3. placing an order at least 72 hours before the planned date of release of the car specified in the online form,
    4. the Customer giving consent through the online form to charge their credit card with the rental fee of PLN 100 (hereinafter referred to as the Booking Fee) or the full rental fee and actually charging their card with the aforementioned amount or paying it by bank transfer to the Renter's account indicated on the Renter's website.
  6. If there are more than 10 days between the day of concluding the contract and the day of collecting the vehicle indicated by the Rentee, the Rentee may withdraw from the contract within 10 days from the day of its conclusion for returning respectively: the entire Booking Fee or the full amount of rental fee paid when placing the order. In other cases, the Renter may withdraw from the rental contract by returning, respectively: the entire Booking Fee or the full rental fee paid when placing the order, provided that the statement is submitted by fax or at the Renter's branch, at least 2 hours before the date of release of the ordered car, as agreed by the parties.
  7. After the lapse of 2 hours before the agreed upon by the parties date of delivery of the ordered vehicle, the Renter may withdraw from the rental contract only upon payment by the Renter of an amount equal to the Booking Fee as a form of withdrawal. The Renter will then be obliged to return to the Rentee the amounts paid towards the rental fee in excess of the Booking Fee within 7 business days.
  8. Only the Rentee personally can collect the car.
  9. CarFree Rent a Car does not share its customers' data with any third parties. All customers' personal data is used only in the process of booking, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833).
